The Zeitgeschichtliches Forum in Leipzig, Germany was built in 1999 with the aim of presenting Germany’s history since the end of WWII. The museum displays one permanent exhibition and up to three temporary exhibitions every year. The permanent exhibition offers insight into the history of dictatorship and resistance in the Soviet Occupation Zone and Communist East Germany
