Commemoration 80 year Market Garden in Balgoij

Market Garden commemoration with a small convoy of old military vehicles, music and an exhibition.

The programme starts at 11.00am in the village hall ‘t Ballegoyke with:

• A photo presentation

• Stories from young with old: while enjoying a cup of coffee/tea, engage in conversation with other residents, Wijchen veterans and children. Listen to their stories.

• Speech by Mayor Renske Helmer-Englebert, flag hoisting

• 13.15 arrival of vehicles Liberation Task Force, static display, behind village hall

• Foundation Veterans Municipality of Wijchen, music and information market

• And at 16.00 we will close with a mini Liberation concert by Popkoor Event
