On the evening of Friday, 25 August 2023, the Airborne Veterans Night will take place. On the Kuiperplein in Ede, we will pay tribute together to the commitment and courage of our veterans. You are cordially invited to attend the free concert together with the veterans. The concert will start at 20:00.
Royal Air Force Orchestra and special guest
During the event, the Royal Air Force Orchestra will perform. They have put together a beautiful and original musical programme for this evening. A special guest, who will be announced later on, will also perform.
An evening for the veterans and citizens of Eden
The Veterans' Evening is dedicated to the veterans of Ede and all its citizens. Veterans from the municipality of Ede will receive a personal invitation. Other visitors are welcome to attend the concert free of charge without registering. The venue is also accessible by wheelchair.
Ede's Air Force Month
The Airborne Veterans' Evening announces the start of Ede's Airborne Month, which includes various commemorative events. Together, we remember and reflect on the events of Operation Market Garden in 1944. For more information, see the 'Geschiedenis Airborne' page.
